Terms of Service
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
By using the Group Greeting Web App, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter into a contract and at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if under 18). You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
2. User Conduct
You are responsible for your account security and all activities under your account, including User Content (messages, photos, etc.). You must not engage in harassment, spamming, or any unlawful use of the app. Report inappropriate content to support@groupgreetingapp.com. You must follow our Rules of Conduct, which prohibit harassment, copying, spamming, viruses, IP infringement, or unlawful use. Share links responsibly via email, text, websites, or social media.
3. Intellectual Property
The app’s content (text, graphics, logos) is owned by Group Greeting Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You cannot exploit it without consent. You own your User Content, and you can report IP violations to support@groupgreetingapp.com with details.
4. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” with no warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service. We disclaim liability for damages from performance failures, errors, viruses, or delays.
5. Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, profits, or data) arising from your use of the app. This includes liability for reliance on information, mistakes, omissions, interruptions, viruses, or delays, whether in contract, tort, or other legal actions.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately without notice for violations, such as unlawful use or IP infringement. You can stop using the app at any time and contact support@groupgreetingapp.com to delete your account or content. You must comply with local laws, and unlawful use is prohibited.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, with a class action waiver and waiver of jury trial rights.

We may update these terms and will notify you via email or a prominent notice in the app before changes take effect.
